Terms of Service

These terms apply to tattoobluebook.com, including Shop Score, operated by Cercus LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Who can use Shop Score

Shop Score is for people who own, manage or work at the tattoo shop they look up. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.

Your score and report

• Scores are based on public data (Google, your website, Instagram) and information you give us, at the time of the scan. Public data can change or be incomplete.
• Scores, ranks and recommendations are estimates to help you improve your shop. They are not a guarantee of any result, revenue or ranking.
• Items you report yourself, such as deposits, are marked as owner reported.

Payments and refunds

• The full report is a one-time purchase, charged in US dollars through Stripe at the price shown before checkout.
• If your report does not load or is clearly wrong for your shop, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload or try to break into the site, impersonate another shop, or resell reports. We may suspend accounts that do.

Messages

If you agree to follow-up messages, our Privacy Policy explains how we contact you and how to opt out.

Ownership

The site, the Shop Score method and Tattoo Blue Book brand belong to Cercus LLC. Your report is for your own shop's use.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Colorado law governs these terms.
