Tattoo Blue Book is operated by Cercus LLC, 8025 W. Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use tattoobluebook.com, including Shop Score, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details from your sign-in: your name and email address.
- Details you give us: your phone number, your role at the shop, your shop's Instagram handle, booking link and whether you take deposits.
- Public business information about tattoo shops: Google Business Profile details (name, address, rating, review count, hours, photos), public website content and public Instagram numbers.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe when you buy a report. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data, such as pages viewed and the link or postcard code that brought you here.
How we use it
- To calculate your Shop Score and Shop Rank and deliver your report.
- To confirm you work at the shop, including a code sent to the shop's listed phone number when you choose that option.
- To follow up with you about your score and about services from Tattoo Blue Book and our partner companies under Cercus LLC (Painless Booking, The Tattoo Agency and Certified Tattoo Studios), by email, phone and text, when you have agreed to that.
- To keep the service secure and improve it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the site for us: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database), Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (our customer records and messaging) and Google Sheets (internal records).
- Our partner companies under Cercus LLC, only for the follow-up described above.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and reply STOP to any text.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@certifiedtattoo.com.
How long we keep it
We keep account and report data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting records.
Children
Shop Score is for tattoo shop owners, managers and tattoo artists. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
